FULTZ PARRISH SCHOLARSHIP
Requirements
To be considered for the Fultz Parrish Scholarship, applicants must submit a
complete application containing
the following:
1. Upload your Essay
*Write an essay (minimum 300 words)
*Use the ESSAY THEME
to write your essay
*Your essay must be typed
and double-spaced
*Use "Times New Roman" font with
a 12 point font size
2. Completed scholarship application
3. Upload your official high school
transcripts. Your transcripts must
include your GPA
4. Upload your college acceptance letter
